Job summary

FNA Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage customer accounts, set‑ups, reconciliations, payments, and data integrity. The role focuses on maintaining retailer portals, contacting customers for payments, and producing reports to support cash flow.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel/Office skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Prior credit/collections experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

Primary Purpose:

Maintain accurate records in relation to collection activities by sending follow-up inquiries, negotiating with past due accounts, working major retailer portals for payment status, resolving dispute claims, short payments and fines with the respective customers.
