Job summary

MB2 Dental is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our remote team. You will manage payments, apply adjustments, and maintain accurate AR records while collaborating with a distributed dental network.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in dental billing, experience with Eaglesoft, and the ability to report to the East Phoenix office once a week. This role offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dental industry experience
• Previous dental billing and accounts receivable experience required
• Experience with Eaglesoft software is required
• Experience with additional dental software systems, including Open Dental or Sensei, is a plus
• Strong understanding of dental accounts receivable, payments, adjustments, statements, and appeals
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple accounts, tasks, and priorities
• Must reside in the Phoenix, Arizona area and be able to report to the East Phoenix office once per week

Responsibilities

• Post and apply payments and make necessary account adjustments
• Review accounts and apply accurate, detailed account notes
• Process patient statements and insurance appeals
• Run and review accounts receivable reports
• Research outstanding account balances and identify appropriate follow-up
• Assist with resolving billing and payment discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information

Compensation

• $23–$26 per hour, depending on experience
