Job summary

CPa Medical Billing LLC is seeking a dental billing specialist to generate, scrub, and submit claims, review rejections, and follow up on unpaid patient accounts. The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in dental billing or AR collections.

Experience with eCW, EPIC, AxiUm, or Dentrix is a plus, along with CDT coding knowledge and HIPAA compliance. Candidates must be US-based and eligible to work without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in dental billing or AR collections.
• Strong understanding of dental insurance plans (PPO, HMO, Medicaid, Fee-for-Service).
• Knowledge of CDT codes and ability to read EOB/ERA reports.
• Experience with electronic claims submission and denials.

Responsibilities

• Identify billing discrepancies and submit appeals for denied claims.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all billing and collection activities.
• Collaborate with front office and clinical teams to ensure billing accuracy.
