Job summary

Koch Foods Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to manage intercompany entries, reconcile daily banking activity, monitor A/R aging, and handle credit memos and deductions. The role requires ERP experience and strong communication across departments.

The position offers a full-time, on-site role in a manufacturing setting with opportunities for growth, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits. Flexibility for early morning, evening, and weekend work is expected when needed.

Qualifications

• Prior Accounts Receivable experience required.
• Advanced problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable handling ambiguous tasks and situations.
• Able to make appropriate decisions and recommendations in solving problems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Able to handle a fast-paced environment with daily and other required deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to communicate and influence cross-functionally and at all levels in the organization.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Prior ERP system experience (Canopy).
• Experience with customer internet portals and other applications.
• Willingness to work early morning, evening, and weekends when necessary.
• Possess a proactive work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and/or post system entries for intercompany transactions.
• Reconcile daily bank activity including deposits and AP checks.
• Monitor A/R aging and send past due inquiries.
• Review credit requests and create credit memos when appropriate.
• Reconcile credits for RGAs and deductions.
• Analyze and resolve deductions and overages on invoice payments.
• Assist with set-up of new customers.
• Support Accounting Manager.
• All other relevant duties as assigned.

Job description

• Coordinate and/or post system entries for intercompany transactions.
• Reconcile details of large amounts, daily bank activity including deposits, cleared AP checks, and other transactions.
• Monitor A/R aging, send out past due inquiry emails, and provide regular updates to accounting management, sales managers and general manager.
• Review requests for credit and create credit memos when appropriate.
• Reconcile and process credits for RGAs and other deductions and discrepancies.
• Analyze, reconcile, investigate, and resolve deductions and/or overages on invoice payments.
• Assist with and/or coordinate the set-up of new customers.
• Support Accounting Manager.
• All other relevant duties as assigned.
