Mark-Vii-Equipment in Arvada, CO is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to process and apply incoming payments for US and Canada customers. You will reconcile bank accounts daily, manage customer communications, and maintain accurate collection records while releasing orders from credit holds as needed.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple departments to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• SAP experience is required; strong Excel and data entry skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are essential.
• Ability to read and comprehend documents, contracts, and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Apply incoming payments to customer accounts for US and Canada.

Location: Arvada, CO (On-site)Salary: $27.00 - 31.50/hourSummary:The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for processing and recording cash application transactions for both US and Canada customer accounts, subsequently reconciling and clearing incoming payment items on the bank accounts for both US and Canada, fielding communication with customers and team members, maintaining accurate detailed customer collection records on assigned customers, and releasing to invoice assigned pending equipment orders. This position also requires strong analytical, decision making and time management skills.
