Role And Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for, but not limited to, managing all activities related to the Accounts Receivable Function such as: Cash Application, Posting Journal Entries, Clearing A/R balances for Month-End, A/R Confirmations, and ad-hoc projects.

  • Manage and assist with all areas of the cash application process (high volume level of transactions) and follow up on wire-transfers to ensure payments are promptly posted to the customer account.
  • Posting A/R Adjusting Journal Entries
  • Clearing for Month End Process
  • Balance cash daily and facilitate the month end closing process providing data and monthly reports.
  • Manage the A/R Confirmations process and assist with the various Internal/External Audits.
  • Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned by management.
  • Invoicing to customers via email, fax or regular mail.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field required.
  • 4-6 years of experience in related field

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies
  • Strong attention to details is of paramount importance in this role

  • Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word & Excel) V-lookup and Pivot tables (Macros a+)
  • AI tool implementation and usage skills in the job function preferred
