Job summary

ProKatchers LLC in Philadelphia seeks an Accounts Receivable Representative to manage patient accounts, insurance balances, and A/R issues within a fast-paced medical billing environment.

You'll review unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims, submit documentation to payers, follow up via calls and portals, analyze payer requirements, and coordinate with Billing, Coding, and Medical Records to resolve denials. This role requires accuracy, teamwork, and knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 codes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Epic / EHR systems.
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10 & HCPCS codes.
• Experience in medical billing and collections.
• Understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Responsibilities

• Identify denial/payment trends and escalate recurring issues.
• Coordinate with Billing, Coding, Medical Records, and other departments to resolve denials.
