Job summary

Kansas City Orthopaedic Institute is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Representative focused on customer service. You will handle daily medical billing preparation, follow-ups, and posting payments to the AR ledger while addressing patient questions with courtesy and clarity.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in billing/AR, knowledge of medical coding, and strong communication skills. A high school diploma is required, and there is a robust benefits package with holidays and PTO.

Qualifications

• Two years of billing/AR collection experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical coding.
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively and kindly with patients.
• Ability to respond to telephone and on-site inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
