Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years' collections experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• Accuracy and attention to detail preferred.
• Excellent internal and external customer service skills preferred.
• Experience with SAP and AS400 preferred.
