Job Summary

  • The Accounts Receivable Recovery Analyst will be responsible for managing all data activities associated to work allocation, daily deliverables, payroll, attendance, incentives, variable pay. Track all data related to efficiency occupancy and utilization and report to business unit leaders.

Essential Functions And Tasks

  • Generate and analyze billing reports, including claims submission, denials, collections, and accounts receivable (AR) aging.
  • Develop dashboards and automated reports to track revenue cycle performance (KPIs).
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
  • Ensure delivery as per the daily strategy.
  • Report on staff hours and performance (Production, Quality, Attendance and Attrition) with Stakeholders.
  • Discuss Daily / Weekly performance with stakeholders.
  • Sound process knowledge of domain and data analysis and reporting.
  • Advanced knowledge on use of strategical techniques for converting data into information which can be used for decision making.
  • Initiates and manages scheduling communication between centralized and site teams.
  • Manage and lead weekly scheduling performance review and provide recommendations.
  • Should understand various forecasting models, capacity planning scheduling and real time queue monitor.

Education And Experience Requirements

  • Strong knowledge on medical billing workflows, claims processing, and reimbursement policies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, SQL, Excel, and revenue cycle reporting tools.
