Join Our Team as an Accounts Receivable Lead (Remote | SaaS Industry)

As we continue scaling, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Accounts Receivable Lead to join our Finance team. If you're passionate about accuracy, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

As our Accounts Receivable Lead, you’ll be at the center of our billing operations, overseeing the day-to-day activities of our A/R Specialist while directly managing billing, collections, and account reconciliation. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to evolving our billing systems as we grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily billing, payment, and collection operations
  • Administer subscription setups, item records, and pricing plans
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to resolve discrepancies
  • Monitor aging reports and guide collection strategies
  • Communicate professionally with clients on billing and payment inquiries
  • Contribute to billing system enhancements and acquisition onboarding
  • Report key insights and metrics to accounting leadership
What You Bring:
  • 1–2 years of experience in SaaS billing or subscription management
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like NetSuite, Recurly, or similar
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Exceptional problem-solving, reconciliation, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks
  • A collaborative spirit and a high standard of customer service

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Quiet, professional workspace
  • High-speed, secure internet connection
  • Comfortable being on-camera for team and customer collaboration
