Job summary

ARL Bio Pharma, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Lead to supervise daily invoicing operations and guide a small team. You will manage billing, payments, and reporting, ensuring timely cash flow and accurate records while maintaining high service levels for pharmaceutical customers.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and collaboration with finance and operations. Monday–Friday hours are standard in a professional office setting.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years accounts receivable and general accounting experience.
• Knowledge of office administration and procedures.
• Experience with general bookkeeping procedures.
• Knowledge of general accounting principals.
• Proficient in Netsuite (or other ERP system), Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the invoicing department.
• Managing, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Assist the team with invoice generation and process credit card transactions.
• Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities according to deadlines.
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Reconcile daily transactions and manage document flow.
• Perform system testing of all enhancements.
• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries.
• Perform daily transaction audits to ensure accuracy.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, or mail.
• Assist with month-end closing.
• Collect data and prepare monthly metrics.

This is a full-time role

Work Schedule: Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Work Restrictions: Because of vital nature of this work, we do not allow medical marijuana cards and we do random drug testing on all of our employees.

Work Environment...

This job operates in a professional office environment.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands...

This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. Also, the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing is required.

Pay Range:

$22 - $25 per hour
