Job summary

Decker Truck Line in Fort Dodge, IA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Lead to join our corporate team. You will handle data entry across systems, posting deposits, and cash reconciliations to keep billing accurate.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive benefits, and opportunities to back up Billing and collaborate with teammates.

Qualifications

• AR experience required or preferred.
• 2-year accounting degree preferred.
• Strong keypunch, communication and cross-reference skills.
• Knowledge of McLeod Transportation Software, payment websites and desktop deposit services is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Data entry across multiple systems.
• Filing important documentation.
• Posting daily deposits.
• Reconciliation of cash entries.
• Researching payment remittances.
• Backing up Billing Department as needed.
• Working with other team members.
• Other duties as assigned.

We have an immediate opportunity available for an experienced individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Lead at our Corporate Headquarters in Fort Dodge, IA. Great schedule of Monday-Friday 8am-5pm!

A day in the life of a Decker Accounts Receivable Lead looks like:

• Data entry across multiple systems
• Filing important documentation
• Posting daily deposits
• Reconciliation of cash entries
• Researching payment remittances
• Backing up Billing Department as needed
• Working with other team members
• Other duties as assigned

Accounts Receivable Lead Must Haves:

• AR Experience;2 Year Accounting Degree Preferred
• Good keypunch, communication and cross reference skills
• Knowledge of McLeod Transportation Software, Payment websites and Desktop Deposit Services helpful
