Responsibilities

• Process and monitor group invoices and final payments.
• Track guest ledgers and advance deposit ledgers.
• Monitor cottage/villa owner revenue sharing payments monthly.
• Provide second level support for guest billing issues and resolution.
• Assist with audits and reconciliation as needed.
• Attend meetings and training as required.
