• Maintain employer and self-pay billing rate files.
• Communicate discrepancies with remittances to outside parties.
• Monitor employer delinquencies and collection matters.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, trust rules, and regulations.
• Provide high-quality customer service via written and phone communications.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team.
