Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in collections, accounts receivable, customer service, account management, or related function.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while reconciling account balances.
• Serve as a trusted contact for customers by phone and email to address questions and drive timely payments.
• Use critical thinking to identify barriers to payment and drive resolution.
• Analyze account activity to identify issues and minimize outstanding receivables.
• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts while balancing priorities and achieving performance goals.
• Contribute to a collaborative team impacting customer satisfaction and cash flow.
