Job summary

Choice Staffing in the USA is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional for a temporary assignment of approximately two months. The role focuses on high-volume AR activities, including invoicing, cash receipts, and cash application, with strong emphasis on accuracy and independent work habits.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in AR, solid Excel/data-entry skills, and the ability to ramp up quickly. Temp-to-hire potential may exist, but the current opening is strictly temporary.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Experience with customer invoicing and/or cash receipts/cash application required.
• General AR responsibilities including account reconciliation, posting payments, researching discrepancies, and maintaining customer accounts.
• Strong Excel and data-entry skills; must be able to work independently and ramp up quickly for an approximately 2-month temporary assignment.
