• Milestone Invoicing (Tooling)

• Weekly updating of Cash Flow Aging Spreadsheet
• Adding New Customers
• Updating Current Customers / Customer Document Profile

• Month-End Year-End Process
• Exporting and Importing with Syteline
• Importing Journal Entries using Journal Builder
• Multiple Office Duties including but not limited to phones, mail, Filing etc.
• Distribute mail for JR East Facility
• Tooling Invoice Tracking List for AD&A

• AR Cash Application
• SMBC Check Deposits
• Manuel Check Deposits
• Voiding a Customer Payment
• Reversing Customer Invoice
• AR Price Adjustment Invoice
• Creating Price Adjustment Excel Spreadsheets
• Customer RMAs-- Credit Portion
• Milestone Invoicing (Tooling)
• Updating Tooling Excel Spreadsheet
• Accounts Receivable Aging Report
• Customer Statements
• Accounts Receivable Collections
• Weekly updating of Cash Flow Aging Spreadsheet
• Scrap Sales
• Adding New Customers
• Updating Current Customers / Customer Document Profile
• Adding Customer Ship To's
• Month-End Year-End Process
• Exporting and Importing with Syteline
