Spices USA Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our growing finance team in Florida. You will handle day-to-day receivables, posting payments, and ensuring accurate invoicing and reporting to support cash flow.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in MS Office with SAP knowledge preferred, and fluent in English and Spanish. A proactive approach and strong time-management skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies.
• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Post and record accounts receivable data; reconcile accounts receivable ledger.
• Prepare bills, invoices, bank deposits, credit memos, returns, and credit applications.
• Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues.
• Forecast costs and revenues; participate in internal audits.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables data.
• Prepare bills, invoices, bank deposits, credit memos, returns, and credit applications
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues.
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
• Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
• Assist in forecasting costs and revenues
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)
• Participate in internal audits
• Enforce budgets (for the entire company and by department)
• Assist in reconciliations

Requirements

• Proven work experience as accounts receivable clerk or accounting
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
• Proficiency in English, Spanish, and MS Office
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• A proactive approach and ability to prioritize and time manage tasks
• SAP knowledge preferred
