Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree, accounting coursework, or business-related education preferred.
• One to three years of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, cash application, data processing, or administrative support preferred.
• Previous experience using accounting or ERP software is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable & Cash Receipts: process customer payments, record ACH/check/credit card, prepare deposits, match payments to invoices, maintain documentation.
• Accounts Payable Support: process invoices, route approvals, code data entry, match to POs, maintain vendor records.
• General Accounting & Administrative Support: data entry, scan/organize documents, prepare reports, assist with month-end close.
• Accuracy, Controls & Accountability: follow procedures, provide reconciliations support, escalate anomalies, protect confidentiality.
• Internal Customer Service: respond to routine inquiries, coordinate with departments, escalate when necessary.
