Job summary

ASales, Service, and Repair Shop in Ohio is seeking an Accounts Receivable/Billing/Office Clerk for a first shift (8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) to support customer service and day‑to‑day office tasks.

The role involves matching invoices to purchase orders, processing packing slips and freight bills, basic accounting and receivables tasks, maintaining the master log, and providing general office filing support. Prior experience with accounting software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in customer service, answer phones, and overhead paging.
• Process packing slips, freight bills, bills of lading, stock orders vs. client orders, and match invoices to purchase orders.
• Basic accounting and receivable principals.
• Work with Armor Accounts Receivable system; take notes from training and refer back as needed.
• Maintain, update, and stamp everything in master book log.
• Perform general office and filing as needed.
