Royal Brass and Hose, a long-standing employee-owned distributor, seeks a General Accounting professional to manage customer payments and account reconciliations. This role supports day-to-day collections and ensures accurate records within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include maintaining payment records, collecting payments, releasing orders, and reconciling accounts, with opportunities to grow into additional accounting duties.

Job purpose

General accounting position, direct contact with company customers. Collection, and reconciliation of customer accounts.

Essential Job Functions

• Maintain precise records of all incoming payments.
• Collection of customer payments
• Handling of the que (releasing order)
• Reconciling customer’s accounts
