Job summary

Royal Brass and Hose is an ESOP-owned distributor of hydraulic and pneumatic parts, serving customers since 1949. We seek a general accounting professional to manage customer accounts and payments, ensuring accurate records and timely collections.

You will learn and grow within a collaborative team and contribute to process improvements. The role focuses on recording incoming payments, collecting payments, handling order releases, and reconciling customer accounts while expanding accounting

Qualifications

• Minimum basic accounting knowledge with experience in collections.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Detail oriented with strong numeric accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong background in accounting and collections.

Responsibilities

Job purpose

General accounting position, direct contact with company customers. Collection, and reconciliation of customer accounts.

Essential Job Functions

• Maintain precise records of all incoming payments.
• Collection of customer payments
• Handling of the que (releasing order)
• Reconciling customer’s accounts
