Job summary

GRS Management Inc. in Texas is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to accurately process homeowner payments, maintain owner balances, and support collections for condominium and HOA accounts managed by GRS Community Management.

You will post payments via lockbox, ACH, or other methods, respond to inquiries, generate statements, and coordinate with Community Association Managers. Strong attention to detail and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; additional accounting or business coursework preferred.
• Previous accounts receivable, bookkeeping, accounting, or payment-processing experience preferred.
• Experience in condominium, HOA, property management, or community association accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process homeowner payments and post to accounts in CINC.
• Respond to homeowner inquiries regarding balances, charges, and statements.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly homeowner statements; verify charges before processing.
• Assist with delinquency review and coordination with collections as needed.
• Scan and file payment records; maintain organized electronic records.
