Job summary

Imperial Beverage in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our finance team. You will manage invoices, process EFT payments, and reconcile customer accounts with accuracy and discretion.

This full-time role operates Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm at our Kalamazoo headquarters and offers strong training, growth opportunities, and a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field required.
• One or more years of accounting/finance experience preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and numeric ability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage billback process.
• Validate End of Day process and complete Month End tasks.
• Provide support for questions tied to invoices from customers and suppliers.
• Process EFT payments.

The minimum compensation for this role is listed below; pay will be determined based on experience:

$24.50 -26.75 per hour

Eat. Sleep. Invoice Beer. Repeat: As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be responsible for accounts receivable and general accounting duties. This involves handling confidential information, managing reports, and resolving discrepancies. This position requires a strong understanding of financial information and will work from our Kalamazoo Headquarters Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.

A Day in the Life

• Manage billback process

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent education and experience) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field required
• One or more years' experience in Accounting/Finance preferred
• 18 years of age or older
• Strong financial acumen including an understanding of financial information
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong analytical skills and numeric ability
• Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly and efficiently while remaining calm and professional
• A demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and assess priorities effectively
• Sense of urgency and attention to detail while working within deadlines
• Must possess superior communication and customer service skills, confidentiality and professionalism
• Self-starter with a high productivity level
