Accounts Receivable Analyst Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and send out invoices
• Process incoming payments
• Reconcile customer accounts and handle customer billing
• Issue credit notes
• Create accounts receivable invoices and metrics reports, and enter invoices for accounts payable
• Follow up with customers regarding past-due payments
• Update client billing information and analyze billed invoices
• Maintain documentation for compliance reporting and audits
