Your Opportunity:
We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Representative to join our team. This entry-level role is responsible for compiling, preparing, and processing amounts owed by the company to vendors, suppliers, and other parties. You’ll help gather and organize key documents and ensure accurate payment records.

Your Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am -4:30pm

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collect and review purchase orders, charge slips, sales tickets, and other documents

  • Prepare and process payments to vendors and suppliers

  • Maintain accurate payment and transaction records

  • Follow established processes and company guidelines

  • Support the finance team with general administrative tasks as needed

You Must Have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to follow instructions and work within defined processes

  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

We Would Also Prefer:

  • Familiarity with accounting or bookkeeping systems

  • Prior experience in an office or administrative support role

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in accounts payable, receivable, or general clerical/accounting work
