Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk

Position Summary

The Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk is responsible for managing incoming dealership revenue. Key duties include handling vendor billing, tracking payment discrepancies, and running aging reports accurately and timely.

Major Essential Duties

• Process all documentation related to billing and collection of accounts receivable.
• Reconcile daily accounts receivable schedules.
• Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Prepare bi-weekly report for AR meeting with management.
• Prepare and send out monthly AR statements.
• Maintain current filing system.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all quality control processes and procedures.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school degree plus two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Must be proficient in multiple areas of accounting, including receivables, cash management and banking.
• Proficient with Excel.
• Tekion experience preferred.
