Banesco USA is seeking a QC New Accounts Specialist II to support the Operations Department in Miami. The role focuses on ensuring documentation accuracy, data entry, and adherence to bank policies across domestic and international profiles.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, with strong attention to detail, data security awareness, and collaboration across departments to resolve discrepancies within SLA timelines.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years in banking operations or retail banking.
• 1 year of account opening experience including Business and Consumer.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all required documentation is provided at account review and accurate.
• Verify documentation per bank policies.
• Enter data accurately into designated databases and systems.
• Review CIF to ensure input matches documentation, including CIP for various profiles.
• Collaborate with teams to address discrepancies promptly.
• Adhere to data security protocols and confidentiality.
