Experis Manpower Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Transformation Analyst in Boise, ID to lead the AP operations transformation across the deployment lifecycle, supporting discovery, process reviews, and go-live activities. The role requires 8+ years in AP/Procure-to-Pay, strong analytical and stakeholder skills, and experience with UAT, testing, and deployment readiness across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.
• 8+ years in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay, or shared services.
• Experience in transformation initiatives and UAT.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as AP Operations representative across deployment lifecycle.
• Validate requirements reflect real-world invoice processing controls.
• Develop and execute UAT scenarios and business test scripts.
• Support deployment readiness and go-live with country AP teams.
• Assist during hyper-care by identifying issues and monitoring adoption.
