Job summary

Dexian, located in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a Senior AP Deployment Specialist to join a global invoice intake and processing transformation program. The role is full-time and focuses on AP operations throughout the deployment lifecycle, including discovery, validation, testing, deployment readiness, go-live, hyper-care, and stabilization activities.

You will work with country AP teams, the AP process transformation & AI deployment team, change management & training leads, and technology partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay, Shared Services, Finance Operations, or AP transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of invoice processing, approvals, exception management, controls, and payment readiness processes.
• Experience participating in UAT, deployment, go-live, hyper-care, or operational improvement initiatives.
