Job summary

Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging, seeks an Accounts Payable Team Lead at our Pleasant Prairie, WI location to guide a high-performing AP team. You will ensure invoices are processed accurately and paid on time to support our growing North American operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting, 2+ years in AP, and leadership experience. You will drive month-end processes, mentor staff, and optimize AP workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of AP Specialists, providing regular feedback and guidance.
• Complete month-end accounting processes, including invoice reporting and reconciliations.
• Conduct interviews and make recommendations for potential hires for the Accounts Payable team.
• Review and audit recurring reports and general ledger accounts for accuracy and consistency.
