BrightPath Kids USA in Dallas Fort-Worth (Hybrid) is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to ensure timely, accurate invoice processing across multiple properties. You will lead the AP team, manage invoice intake, coding, approvals, and payment processing, while upholding internal controls and regulatory requirements.

A Bachelor's in Accounting and 5+ years of full cycle AP experience are preferred, with Oracle NetSuite familiarity a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 years of full cycle AP handling for 100+ accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full accounts payable cycle: invoice intake, coding, approvals, and payment processing.
• Provide guidance, training, and performance support to AP team members.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor AP aging and resolve outstanding items promptly.
• Prepare AP reports, metrics, and reconciliations; support month-end close.

What will you be doing?

As an Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will ensure the timely and accurate payment of invoices for a portfolio of properties. Responsibilities include:

• Work closely with the AP team to ensure efficient and accurate processing of invoices and payments


• Provide guidance, training, and performance support to team members


• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team environment


• Oversee the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice intake, coding, approvals, and payment processing


• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements


• Monitor and manage AP aging and resolve outstanding items in a timely manner


• Manage and optimize approval flows to ensure timely processing of invoices


• Maintain and update approval matrices and system configurations as needed


• Act as the first point of contact for AP-related escalations


• Investigate and resolve complex issues involving vendors, internal stakeholders, or system discrepancies


• Ensure prompt resolution of invoice discrepancies and payment issues


• Prepare and review AP reports, metrics, and reconciliations


• Support month-end and year-end close activities

Qualifications

• 5 years of full cycle AP and credit card compliance of 100 or more accounts


• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent


• Experience working with Oracle NetSuite system an asset


• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills


• 1-2 years of prior AP Supervisor experience
