Job summary

Timberline Lodge in Oregon is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to handle accounts payable tasks and clerical duties. You will review invoices, process payments, and work with department heads to gather month-end paperwork.

As General Cashier two days per week, you will manage cash handling, reconcile payments, and maintain vendor files while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Strong integrity and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have basic accounting knowledge.
• Must have excellent cash handling skills.
• A/P paperless management experience preferred.
• Sage AP experience preferred.
• Must be proficient at Microsoft Office.
• Must have excellent ten key and data-entry skills.
• Must have excellent attention to detail, integrity, confidentiality, & organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices, check requests and purchase orders.
• Sort and match invoices, check requests and purchase orders.
• Input invoices and check requests for payment.
• Prepare, Reconcile and Process Corporate credit card invoices, receipts and transfers.
• Prepare and process accounts payable checks, wire transfers and ACH payments.
• Reconciliation of payments with vendor statements.
• Maintain all vendor files and archive function of files.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain communications.
