Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accuracy per policies.
• Review invoices, approvals, coding, and payment terms.
• Process vendor payments and expense reports per procedures.
• Maintain organized AP records and supporting docs.
• Assist with reconciliations and month-end/year-end closings.
• Respond to inquiries about invoices, balances, and payments.
• Support financial reporting and internal control processes.
