Responsibilities

• Receive and verify vendor invoices for goods and services, checking amounts and approvals.
• Match invoices to purchase orders or other documents; identify duplicates and missing information.
• Enter approved transactions into Microsoft Dynamics GP / Great Plains.
• Generate and review posting reports and supporting documentation after invoice entry.
• Prepare weekly check runs and payment batches; record issued checks.
