Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable transactions according to policy with proper approvals.
• Prepare and process manual and electronic payments; enter invoices in Acumatica.
• Review and reconcile monthly vendor statements and general ledger accounts as assigned.
• Assist with month-end closing and internal/external audits; maintain organized files.
