Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process invoices with timely coding and documentation
• Respond to AP inquiries from assigned business units
• Reconcile vendor statements and analyze discrepancies with stakeholders
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Maintain AP records in Spectrum and Corpay
