Job summary

Tri Star Sports and Entertainment Group in Nashville, TN is seeking an organized accounting professional to manage accounts payable, vendor payments, and invoice reconciliations. You will maintain client books and records, ensuring accurate accounting treatment of financial activity.

Responsibilities include GL reconciliations, 1099s, budget templates, and onboarding of high net-worth client accounts. Experience with Bill.com, QuickBooks and Excel is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; a plus.
• Experience maintaining books, journals, and GL accounts.
• Experience in accounts payable and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Follow policy to complete payments and control expenses by processing invoices.
• Reconcile vendor invoices and expenses; prepare checks.
• Maintain full cycle documentation for revolving debt and credit cards.
• Create classes needed to track projects and bill backs; review expenses.
• Prepare bill pay reports and route for review.
• Support onboarding of high net-worth client accounts and coordinate with advisors.
• Prepare general ledger reconciliations and schedules; investigate reconciliations.
• Assist with audits and management inquiries; stay updated on policy.
