Job summary

Responsibilities

• Enters and verifies the accuracy of invoices, accounting documents, and records.

• Performs the day to day management of the payment cycle.
• Creates and records journal entries.
• Reconciles assigned accounts.
• Assists with Month-End close processes.
• Assists with reporting as necessary.
• Meet payable deadlines through organization and company processes.
