Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounts payable, finance, or operations experience (internship experience qualifies)

Responsibilities

• Meet transaction targets in a high-volume accounts payable department
• Process and match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
• Review invoices for documentation and approval prior to payment
• Respond to questions from vendors and internal departments in a timely manner
• Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
• Provide support by processing expense reports, maintaining Excel reports, importing/exporting databases
• Payment coordination on a weekly basis
• Maintain files and documentation accurately per company policy
