Qualifications

• Typing, 10-key entry, and basic computer skills.
• Strong math skills and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Attention to detail, teamwork and effective communication are essential.
• Automotive/dealership experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable: code and post invoices, reconcile GL to vendor statements, obtain missing invoices, issue checks, scan vendor checks.
• Create new vendors in accounting system and determine 1099 status.
• Post to and reconcile Intercompany accounts.
• Respond to basic customer service requests.
• Attend department meetings as requested.
