The ideal candidate has four years of AP experience, proficiency with common accounting software, and strong Excel skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Four years of accounts payable experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with common accounting software such as Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, or SAP.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process corporate accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate payment records and ensure timely invoice processing.
• Respond to inquiries regarding non-payment of invoices professionally.
• Close accounts payable modules during monthly close.
• Provide support for incoming and outgoing mail and messages.
• Research accounts payable issues as requested.
