Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and on time.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies; communicate with vendors as needed.
• Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding balances.
• Maintain organized AP files and documentation for audit readiness.
• Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts payable.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
