Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with 2–3 years of AP experience to support our growing finance operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced tech environment. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate invoice processing, timely payments, and clear communication with internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accurately process and code invoices in alignment with internal policies and approval workflows.
2. Manage vendor onboarding, W-9 collection, and maintain accurate vendor records.
3. Assist with weekly payment runs, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
4. Reconcile vendor statements and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
5. Assist with 1099 preparation and year-end reporting.
6. Participate in process improvement projects to streamline AP workflows and improve efficiency.
7. Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:

1. 2–3 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a SaaS and US-based company.
2. Experience using ERP systems as well as procurement platforms.
3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
5. Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with Netsuite & Tipalti.
2. Familiarity with 1099.
3. Experience working in a high-growth startup or fast-scaling environment.
