You will ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, help maintain vendor relationships, and support our financial operations. Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and matching with purchase orders.
• Prepare and execute payment runs (checks and ACH) while meeting deadlines.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records in [e.g., “QuickBooks” or “SAP”].
• Assist with month-end closings and financial reporting.
• Communicate with vendors to address inquiries and ensure timely payments.
• Create purchase orders and processing orders.
