• Process and manage 50–100 invoices weekly, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and timely payments.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain strong working relationships.
• Assist with student billing functions, including account reviews, adjustments, and responding to billing inquiries.
• Maintain organized records in compliance with institutional and audit requirements.
