Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Nashua, NH to support the Finance team. The role entails processing AP transactions, reconciling vendors, and handling payments while collaborating with multiple businesses in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have an accounting background (Assoc/Bach), strong Excel skills, and experience with Dynamics AX.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Bachelor’s in Business Admin or equivalent
• Experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Detail-oriented self-motivated team player with strong work ethics
• Strong written and oral interpersonal communication
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions daily
• Prepare Dynamics AX reports on bookings, capital, and A/P
• Reconcile vendor balances to statements for external and intercompany A/P
• Reconcile and process credit card invoices
• Process weekly ACH, checks, Euro wire and wire payments

We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist to join our Finance team in Nashua, NH.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily processing of accounts payable transactions, including recording/clearing international customs data
• Preparation of daily and weekly Microsoft Dynamics AX system reports on bookings, capital, and A/P
• Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor account balances to monthly vendor statements for external and intercompany A/P transactions
• Reconcile and process company credit card invoices
• Preparation and processing of weekly ACH, check, Euro wire and wire payments
• Provide assistance with various projects when needed, including accumulating sample requests during audits

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
• Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable work experience
• Ability to work with accuracy in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing high volumes of transactions supporting multiple businesses, and multitask
• Self-motivated individual that is detail oriented and has strong work ethics
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to work effectively on a team
• Microsoft Excel experience at an intermediate level
