Job summary

Solo Brands in Grapevine, TX seeks a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our fast-paced accounting team. You will process, code, and reconcile vendor invoices across direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels using NetSuite and Bill.com.

The ideal candidate has hands-on AP experience with vendor escalations, invoicing software, and Excel, plus a keen interest in AI and automation to improve workflow. Hybrid schedule with in-office Mondays and Wednesdays.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of accounts payable experience in consumer goods, DTC, or wholesale.
• Experience with vendor escalations, wholesale invoicing, and issuer resolution.
• Proficiency with NetSuite, Bill.com, invoicing software, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process, code, and enter vendor and wholesale invoices into NetSuite and other software.
• Manage and process payments through Bill.com with timely disbursements.
• Own vendor escalations from start to finish with clear vendor communication.
• Setup and maintain vendor accounts and records per policy.
• Coordinate with wholesale customers and internal teams to resolve invoice issues.
• Collaborate with finance on process improvements.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and support as needed.
