Job summary

Jackson and Coker is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to handle timely processing of invoices, credit card transactions, and payments to contractors and vendors. The role ensures accurate record-keeping and supports our teams across the organization in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

You will reconcile transactions, verify client billing, maintain contractor data (including W9/direct deposit), and help resolve discrepancies while collaborating with management.

Qualifications

• Experience with accounts payable processing of invoices, payments, and vendor setup.
• Ability to research and resolve accounting discrepancies and documentation problems.
• Knowledge of 1099 reporting and basic accounting concepts/procedures.
• Proficiency with accounting software; Workday is a plus.

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for accurate and timely processing of internal and external invoices, company credit card transactions, and payments to contractors and vendors.
